FxMovieManager is a file manager which can display
thumbnails of movie files. It can also manage a
playlist of movies and act as a simple front-end
to MPlayer.

Changes:
Many new icons were added. Buttons were added to
increase and decrease the size of the thumbnails
in the filelist. All file operation buttons have
been moved to the right of the main application
area. More video formats can be loaded into the
playlist (e.g. 3gp and 3gp2).

AYUMiS 0.1 (Default branch)

<img src="http://c.fsdn.com/fm/screenshots/69982_thumb.png"

AYUMiS is a project aiming to create a
cross-platform MMORPG set in space. It is
developed in C++ with ClanLib. It will give the
player full control over the game universe, with
no NPCs or pre-planned storyline. It attempts to
give the player a full range of choices and
open-ended gameplay.

DSpace 1.5.1 beta (Default branch)

DSpace is a digital asset management system that

Changes:
A constraint was added to specify the maximum days
per week for an interval for teachers and
students. This can be used, for example, to
specify that teachers and students must not work
more than 2 times per week in the last hours of
the day. A constraint was added to specify for a
group of activities that they should end the day
for students. When modifying a constraint's
(sub)activities preferred starting times or time
slots, the activity tag is now correctly updated.

Lbunzip2 0.02 (Default branch)

<img src="http://c.fsdn.com/fm/screenshots/69944_thumb.png"

Lbunzip2 is a multi-threaded bunzip2 filter (a parallel bzip2 decompressor) that doesn't depend on the lseek() system call and so isn't restricted to regular files. Its only command line argument is the number of decompressor threads. It should be able to decompress valid bzip2 streams on the fly, i.e. statistically anything that bunzip2 itself can decompress. Bzip2 streams created with a different block size than 900k seem to be supported, too. On an Athlon-64 X2 6000+, lbunzip2 was 42% faster (based on wall clock time) than standard bunzip2.

Changes:
Version 0.01 didn't throttle the decompressor
threads when the multiplexer thread was blocked on
the write() system call, thus memory consumption
could grow indefinitely. This is fixed now. Some
performance testing was done on five multicore
machines (Alpha, Athlon, Itanium, Sparc, and
Xeon). The README file was rewritten.

Kukkaisvoima 9 (Default branch)

Kukkaisvoima is a lightweight blog system made

DeVeDe is a program to create video DVDs
(compatible with home players) from nearly any
video format. It only uses Python, MPlayer,
Mencoder, DVDAuthor, VCDImager, and mkisofs, so it
has very few dependencies.

License: GNU General Public License v3

Changes:
Official Debian packages. The limit of 12 titles is gone; now you can create discs with up to 90 titles and/or 90 files. You can add a title to the menu and shadows to the menu texts. You can place the menu text to the right, left, or center. YADIF deinterlace filter support. Contextual help. Support for a resolution of 160x128 pixels in DivX. Now, when creating a PAL disk from a 24 FPS source, DeVeDe speeds it up instead of adding one frame per 24, obtaining a more fluid animation.

Cryptographic Implementations Analysis Toolkit 1.0 (Default branch)

The Cryptographic Implementations Analysis Toolkit

Brain Workshop is an implementation of the Dual
N-Back mental exercise. This exercise is the only
mental activity that is scientifically proven to
improve your short-term memory and fluid
intelligence (IQ). The game involves remembering a
sequence of spoken letters and a sequence of
positions of a square at the same time. Brain
Workshop includes an optional Triple N-Back mode
that introduces differently colored squares as a
third stimulus.

Dapper, or "Distributed and Parallel Program
Execution Runtime", is a tool for taming the
complexities of developing for large-scale cloud
and grid computing, enabling the user to create
distributed computations from the essentials: the
code that will execute, along with a dataflow
graph description. It supports rich execution
semantics, carefree deployment, a robust control
protocol, modification of the dataflow graph at
runtime, and an intuitive user interface.

Changes:
On the fly generation and aliasing of dataflow graph edges are now possible. The API has been simplified, and redundant interfaces have been done away with; at the same time, dataflow graphs are now robust to tampering from malicious users. The concept of execution domain has been introduced to control what executes where. The manual is now substantially complete, and has been updated with a bevy of examples and diagrams. The SourceForge mailing lists dapper-user and dapper-announce have been created.

Sound-Rec-Ed 1.1 (Default branch)

<img src="http://c.fsdn.com/fm/screenshots/67608_thumb.gif"

Sound-Rec-Ed provides simple GUIs to record and
edit sound files, similar to operating a
tape-deck. Buttons start and stop recording or
break incoming audio into separate files. It can
cut sections from audio files or join files. It
saves files in WAV, OGG, or MP3 format.

Changes:
Tool-tip hover-boxes were added to explain features. When buttons are not active, they are now grayed out. All sequential file names now have four digits to help with alphabetic sorting. Progress bars were added to the SoundEditor tool. A Makefile was also added.

NTP 4.2.4p5 (Stable branch)

The Network Time Protocol (NTP) is used to synchronize the time of a computer client or server to another server or reference time source, such as a radio or satellite receiver or modem.

Changes:
This release fixes a number of Windows-specific ntpd bugs and platform-independent ntpdate bugs. A logging bugfix has been applied to the ONCORE driver. The "dynamic" keyword is now obsolete and deferred binding to local interfaces is the new default. The minimum time restriction for the interface update interval has been dropped. A number of minor build system and documentation fixes are included. This is a recommended upgrade for Windows.

SMPlayer 0.6.2 (Default branch)

<img src="http://c.fsdn.com/fm/screenshots/63368_thumb.png"

SMPlayer intends to be a complete front-end for
Mplayer, from basic features like playing videos,
DVDs, and VCDs to more advanced features like
support for Mplayer filters and more. One of the
main features is the ability to remember the state
of a played file, so when you play it later it
will resume at the same point and with the same
settings. SMPlayer is developed with the Qt
toolkit, so it's multi-platform. An executable for
Windows is also available.

This release adds a required "unique_id" attribute to Item, as this is now required for all Base items. It works around XML formatting issues that appeared since the unit tests were last run by removing inter-tag whitespace in unit tests. The default values for "target_country" and "item_lang" in the constructor for UniversalItem and ProductItem have been removed to make the code a little less Brit-centric.

libpwmd 5.0.7 (Default branch)

libpwmd is a library that makes it easy to patch

It is a higher level language compared to Ada,
C++, and Java. In Seed7, new statements and
operators can be declared easily. Functions with
type results and type parameters are more elegant
than a template or generics concept. Object
orientation is used when it brings advantages and
not in places when other solutions are more
obvious. Although Seed7 contains several concepts
of other programming languages, it is generally
not considered as a direct descendant of any other
programming language.
